Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been given a one-match stadium ban with immediate effect and fined £40,000 by the Football Association.
The punishment comes after Mourinho admitted a misconduct charge over his language and behaviour in a defeat by West Ham on 24 October.
Mourinho was sent to the stands after going to speak to referee Jon Moss in his room at half-time.
He will now miss Chelsea's next league game, which is at Stoke on Saturday.
The stadium ban is separate to the suspended one he received, along with a £50,000 fine, for comments he made after a defeat by Southampton on 3 October.
The Portuguese described that fine as a "disgrace" and appealed.
Mourinho's assistant, Silvino Louro, was also charged by the FA after being dismissed during the match at West Ham in relation to his behaviour in the technical area.
In a statement, the FA said Louro has been reminded of his responsibilities.

Sven - Richardson said he'd been told that by someone who had spoken to a player, not quite as kosher but he was unshakeable he was right. Ray Wilkins reckoned that Mourinho's future was in John Terry's hands, whether he gave him the thumbs-up or down was crucial.

Her ex boyfriend is alleged to have said Eva told him when they were having a row, that she was shagging someone at Chelsea,in an attempt to annoy him. He refused or was unable to name the third party though.

One of the usual rumours you get in this sort of situation was that Eden Hazard was giving her one.
Sueing Mourinho personally means that he would have to appear at the employment tribunal personally I understand ..... unless there is a prior settlement.
Not sure why Abramovich hasn't intervened to make this situation go away. With money rather than his other way of resolving 'business difficulties'.
Didn't hear it but Garry Richardson on his Sunday 5Live show said a Chelsea first team player has told him that relations with Mourinho have broken down completely over the treatment of some players. And over Mourinho's outbursts.
Quoted him as saying he'd rather lose than win for Mourinho.
Perhaps a claim by Dr Eva could see Jose sacked for gross misconduct and save Roman a payoff of £30m?
That would be a neat solution for the Mute Owner

Leroy- I saw an interview with the special one a while back when he admitted when his kids were young he was a shit Dad/husband, was never at home, even missed their birthdays, Christmas's etc, as he was always away. So if he is portrayed as a strong family man, it's not him that's selling said portrayal.
